Recipe

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the tomatoes and 3 basil leaves with the sugar. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, tomato juice, Bloody Mary mix, and egg white and shake vigorously. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until the ice breaks up and the drink is frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
